Public Hearing: FFY 2022 Program of Projects (POP) Capital Grant ApplicationsThe Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) invites public input on the proposed FFY 2022 Program of Projects (POP) which will be submitted by PSTA to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
On April 6, 2022, the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) announced the FFY 2022 full apportionments for Section 5307, 5337, 5339 formula funds, and Congressional Earmark funds provided by federal transit law and Chapter 53 of Title 49, U.S. Code. the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022. PSTA will be requesting federal funding from The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for Section 5307, 5337, 5339 formula funds, Section 5339Discretionary Funds, Congressional Earmark Funds and The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for section 5310 funds, which will be used to cover projects listed in PSTA's FFY 2022 POP.
